Please download the RMA request form complete it and fax or email it to your sales representative and Jin Lan Electronics's customer service to arrange return the cargo.

After we receive your returned parts, we will check and test them. We will contact you with our test results in 1-2 working days. If the parts are defective we will refund your money immediately. If there are no quality problems with the parts, we will show testing report and certificate of part origin and return the parts to you.
